He did not got my money as it was escrow payment and i got refund but he stole 14 days of my time and i ended up with nothing.

It seems you might have overwritten the config.php file (or perhaps it's missing and only config.example.php exists), make sure you have /config/config.php and that it has your db details and admin password filled out.

RE: Need help installing/upgrading or setting up your site?
If you choose to apply an update, you may receive the message "Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded". This can leave your installation in an invalid state. You need to then go the manual method plus a few extra steps:

1. Make a backup copy of all your files and database (you should have done this prior to the update anyway)
2. Ensure you are logged into the dashboard
3. Delete /concrete folder
4. Delete /application/config/update.php if it exists
5. Move /updates/concrete5.7.x.x/concrete folder to /concrete
6. Visit /ccm/system/upgrade in your browser (or /index.php/ccm/system/upgrade)

You may also like to extend the max_execution_time for PHP. If using mod_php, you can place this in your .htaccess:

<IfModule mod_php5.c>
php_value max_execution_time 90
</IfModule>

Otherwise, if you continue to get this error, you can possibly try hitting refresh a couple of times until the update finally completes.
