3 folders do not exist...

I'm having trouble with installation. Firstly, the following 3 files do not exists:
/ClixScript_PHP_DOCS/err/
/ClixScript_PHP_DOCS/cache/
/ClixScript_PHP_DOCS/log/

Secondly, I am getting this error when I attempt to install:
database_v2.08.sql could not be found. Please make sure that ClixScript_PHP_DOCS is located two levels above the install folder.

Could you please give me an example of how to do the second one, and let me know what I am meant to do about the 3 missing files?

you have to create them..
make sure you place both folders, public_html & clixscript_phpdocs in the root.

And i checked that in install folder i have database_v2.09.sql
maybe just rename it?

rename that file to database_v2.08.sql and try again
